Exchanges or refunds are accepted on all purchases, unless personalised.

Conditions of refund:

• Item must be in a resalable condition

• We must be made aware within 14 days 

• The item must be returned with in 28 days

Failure to meet this conditions will result in no refund.

We aim to process your refund within 30 days. We advise that any returns be sent via tracked postage as we can't be held responsible for lost packages. The sender is responsible for all return postage costs.
