All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by Fueled Society. Any use of the site or its contents other than for your own personal use, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
We aim to ship all items within 3 working days, however, any leather goods have a longer turnaround time.
For leather goods please allow up to 7 working days for your item to be despatched, this is due to the fact they are hand made to order.
Any order that qualify for free shipping will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, which can take up up 5 business days, longer in busy periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.
We do not change shipping addresses once an order has been placed so please make sure the correct one is provided. We also will not ship out any order until payments have cleared.
Exchanges or refunds are accepted on all purchases, unless personalised.
Conditions of refund:
Item must be in a resalable condition
We must be made aware within 14 days
The item must be returned with in 28 days
Failure to meet these conditions will result in no refund.
We aim to process your refund within 30 days. We advise that any returns be sent via tracked postage as we can't be held responsible for lost packages. The sender is responsible for all return postage costs.
Any damage or faults due to misuse will not refunded.
Although every care has been taken to ensure that all pricing, availability and descriptions are correct, we are only human and mistakes can be made. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order. If an item has been purchased which we do not have in stock, and we will not be re-stocking, a full refund will be made, if it is to be re-stocked you will have the choice of a refund, or waiting until the item is back in stock.
Our leather products are made from genuine leather, which is hand tanned, variations can occur in colour from hide to hide, as can colours from screen to screen, please bare this in mind when ordering a leather item. Due to them being handmade, slight imperfections may be found with the items but that adds to the charm and nature of a handmade product. If you are unhappy with your item, please do get in touch with us and we will rectify your query as soon as possible.
